Employment Training
Everyone deserves the opportunity to grow, contribute, and build a meaningful future.
Employment and day services that support purpose, growth, and community connection
Meaningful work and meaningful days matter. Through our employment training services, Caritas Family Solutions helps people with intellectual and developmental disabilities explore employment, education, and day-service opportunities that reflect their strengths, interests, and goals.
Our goal is to help each person build confidence, develop skills, and find opportunities to contribute in ways that feel purposeful and rewarding. Whether someone is preparing for a job, continuing their education, or looking for a structured and engaging daytime program, we offer support that is individualized, practical, and rooted in community.
Community Employment and Higher Education Services
We help people build their futures through employment and higher education opportunities in community settings.
The process begins with discovery — getting to know each person’s strengths, interests, and goals. From there, we help job seekers and students explore the next right step, whether that means finding a good-fit job, pursuing further education, or identifying the support needed to move forward with confidence.
Our approach is built on strong relationships with local employers and educators so we can better understand the needs of each workplace or learning environment. This helps create stronger matches, more successful outcomes, and a smoother path into employment or education.
Support may include:
- Job exploration
- Job coaching
- On-the-job training
- Job retention support
- Education mentoring
