Counseling Services

Confidential counseling and therapy services for individuals, families, couples and groups.

Sometimes, we all need compassion and support to live our best lives.

When life feels overwhelming, having someone to talk to can make all the difference. Caritas Family Solutions offers confidential counseling for children, teens, adults, couples, families, and groups. Our team provides a safe, supportive space to work through challenges, identify goals, and take meaningful steps toward healing and well-being.

Appointments are available during the day and in the evening to fit your schedule. We accept public and private insurance, and a sliding fee scale is available for self-pay clients.

A psychiatric provider is available weekly to evaluate mental health needs and provide medication support when appropriate. Counseling services are available for adults and for children age 5 and older.

Getting Started

If you are seeking help for emotional or behavioral concerns for the first time, we begin with a comprehensive mental health assessment. This first step helps us better understand your needs and recommend the best path forward, whether that includes therapy, medication support, or both. Assessments are completed by our team and typically take about two hours.

School Counseling

When a student is struggling, early support can make a meaningful difference. Through partnerships with local schools, Caritas works alongside school social workers and counselors to meet with students who are facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

We also offer counseling at our offices for children age 5 and older, along with support for their families.

Education and Consultation

Caritas team members are available to provide presentations, workshops, and consultation on a variety of mental health topics and related services.
