Crisis Services

Crisis response 24 hours a day, seven days for crises involving mental health or substance use.

In your darkest moments, you are not alone.

When someone is in crisis, timely support matters. Caritas Family Solutions provides crisis response for people experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. Individuals, families, law enforcement, medical providers, and other community partners can contact us when urgent concerns arise.

How We Help

Our team assesses the situation, offers support and guidance to caregivers, works to stabilize the immediate crisis, and helps determine the safest next steps. When needed, we can support reunification with family, coordinate emergency hospitalization or placement, and provide follow-up care after the immediate crisis has passed.

Support for Runaway or Lockout Youth

Our team is available 24/7 to support runaway or lockout youth and their families. We work to help youth return home safely whenever possible. When reunification is not possible, we help identify a safe alternative.

Law enforcement and community agencies may call 618-939-4444 to reach us. After hours or on weekends, local law enforcement can help connect you to the crisis worker.
